If you contact 8Palms by email, telephone or the website enquiry form, we may receive information such as your name, organisation, work email, country, website, sector, opportunity description, project stage and timeline.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether 8Palms may be a suitable advisory partner, communicate about potential or active assignments, maintain business records and protect the website and enquiry process from misuse.
Service providers
8Palms uses Formspree as a managed form-processing provider to receive and deliver website enquiries. Formspree may process submission information and technical data needed to operate, secure and deliver the form service. 8Palms does not use the website form to collect passwords, payment-card information or other credentials.
Disclosure
8Palms does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website or business operations, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and interests.
Retention
Business enquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, related business records, legal obligations and legitimate business needs.
